Meet Daigoro
How Daigoro helps
Ask about your dashboard, ad integrations, or how AdFraud works. Daigoro uses the sites you may view and the period selected on your screen. It guides you to the right page and cannot change settings, send signals, run syncs, or change your plan or billing.
What the figures mean
Cards show the same figures as your dashboard. Daigoro explains Bot detection, ad-platform connections and cost figures, and guides you to the next screen to check.
Your questions and data
OpenAI receives your question, up to four previous questions, product guidance and the aggregate data needed to answer. Data tools do not send raw visitor data, IP lists, platform IDs, email addresses or site names. Do not include personal information, passwords or API keys in questions.
Storage and privacy
Chat text stays in browser memory. Refreshing, clearing the conversation, signing out or changing the user, site, period or language clears it. We do not store chat text in our application database or logs. Feedback receipts are kept up to 24 hours; operational metadata for 30 days; rate and cost counters up to 48 hours. OpenAI API data is not used for training under standard controls. Requests use store:false, but OpenAI abuse-monitoring records may retain content for up to 30 days. This is not zero retention.
Turn your AI support on or off
Daigoro is on by default for all accounts. Use “AI support (Daigoro)” in the menu to change your own preference. Turning it off hides “Ask Daigoro” and stops new OpenAI requests for your questions. Requests already sent may finish. Other users, Bot detection and ad protection are unaffected.
Talk to the team
If you need a person or Daigoro cannot confirm something, use the existing contact page. Opening a link does not send a request. Include your site and the time of the issue, without passwords or visitor personal information.
