利用規約

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AdFraud Shield service ("Service"), operated by FID Ltd., a company registered in Japan ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By creating an account you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to refuse registration, or to suspend or terminate accounts, at our sole discretion when we reasonably believe that these Terms or applicable law have been violated.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to the payment method on file on each renewal date.

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Customers located in Japan will be charged Japanese consumption tax in addition to the listed price.

Overdue amounts accrue late-payment interest at 14.6% per annum until paid in full.

You agree not to use the Service to:

(a) violate any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of any third party;

(b) infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other proprietary rights;

(c) interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any connected systems;

(d) share credentials, resell access, or use the Service on behalf of third parties outside the scope of your subscription;

(e) transmit malware, scrape at abusive rates, or otherwise act in a manner that degrades service quality for other customers.

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, security, or force majeure events without prior notice.

We may modify, add, or discontinue features at any time. If a material feature is discontinued, we will provide reasonable advance notice via the dashboard or email.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period; the Service remains available until that date and no pro-rated refunds are issued.

We may suspend or terminate your account without refund if you materially breach these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of detection results.

AdFraud Shield performs automated bot and fraud detection using machine-learning-based signals. While we work to maximize accuracy, we do not guarantee that every bot will be identified nor that every legitimate visitor will pass inspection.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with the Service.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the dashboard or email at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
